Woman-run and proudly based in Arizona, we create artisanal ice cream sandwiches and refreshing sorbet push pops served from our vintage-inspired tricycle and push cart. They even brought us in for a tasting before the wedding where we got to try multiple different flavor combinations and helped us pick a menu for our wedding. The ice cream sandwiches and the push pops were a huge hit among our guests! We got so many compliments during the night about how great Ice Cream Pedaler was! We also decided to do individually wrapped cookies for guests to take home and Brooke designed a beautiful, custom logo to go on every cookie. How it works
Planning
The best way to start is to schedule a free tasting with us. We think it is important to make sure you like it before you commit to your celebratory dessert! During that time you can choose your custom menu and begin to plan out how you want to use the cart to elevate your day.
Your reception is all about you and your sweet treats should be no different. We will work with you to create a timeline and a menu that best fits your vision.
Day of
Treats and a staff member (or two) will arrive between 15 and 30 minutes before service to set up your framed menu and ensure the treats are at temperature.
Guests will be served from the cart for up to two hours and we will make sure the MC gives the guests a last call before packing up. If any leftovers remain, they may be left in a cooler or freezer.

There is no price difference between the carts! Most of the time, you will be able to simply choose which works best for you based on your space and your aesthetic

We offer up to two hours of service. If you need more than that, just let us know!

Absolutely! We love helping add to the completed look of your celebration. Custom packaging is an add on but the custom framed menu is included.

Early setup is a great way to create excitement for your guests and create photo opportunities. The treats will be delivered to the cart closer to service time to ensure accurate temperatures. If you are interested in early setup, let us know!

IF there are leftovers, we are happy to leave them with you in a cooler or freezer. We will make sure that we have some set aside for you in case the excitement of the day does not allow for dessert time. Those will be left in an insulated bag with some dry ice to keep them cold until you are ready to enjoy them.
