This is Brooke…

and this is Chris!

She likes people (and dogs), he likes numbers (and dogs).

They both like riding bikes and eating ice cream! Together, they power Ice Cream Pedaler.

Our Story

We started Ice Cream Pedaler in an effort to find, create, and spread joy! For our family, 2020 was a reset. It meant leaving a job and a city that we loved when opportunities ran dry. It meant learning new skills and finding our strengths and passions. We found new life in the desert and ultimately, Ice Cream Pedaler was born during one of our many idea hikes, where ideas ranged from the ludicrous to the achievable. The idea grew with the chocolate chip cookie that once boasted its own business. Brooke’s mom created and sold her chocolate chip cookies for years and now it is the foundation of our most popular ice cream sammies.

Beyond the ice cream, our greatest joy comes from our pups, Acadia (4 legs) and Bernie (3 legs). They are excellent cheerleaders in Mario Kart battles and great cuddlers when it’s time to relax with a good book. Our Process

Our treats are created in a commercial kitchen ensuring the highest level of safety and cleanliness. Cookies are baked fresh and promptly frozen before reaching their full potential, the ice cream sammie! Push pops begin with real fruit (what is fake fruit?) mixed with housemade syrups and a bit of citrus to make it pop.
